Jeremy and his team were wonderful to work with. My husband and I were in the process of starting a remodel to our master bath, and I just didn’t feel great about the process and situation with another contractor, I was really stressed, actually. I called Jeremy, and he was at my home within a couple of hours and took charge. Best experience we have had with a contractor (we have used plenty). Our bathroom is beautiful and was done with precise time management. We have several projects needing to be done, and Jeremy will be who we call. I can't recommend this company enough!!!!!

I’ve been extremely impressed with Jeremy and Building Roots since we first began our project. They were ahead of schedule up until the very end due to a minor hiccup (no ones fault); they were clean; and all subs were very professional, and a joy to have around. Jeremy is a joy to work with, he’s creative with the job when needed, and present throughout which I really appreciated. I also felt like we were being taken care of and that he had our best interests in mind which is so rare to find in contractors these days. We have several more projects we plan to work with Jeremy on and I’m looking forward to having his crew back. Even the neighbors commented on how efficient the crews were.

Building Roots did a fantastic job remodeling the breakroom and upstairs office area at my work. The end result was better than expected and the entire crew was quick and worked hard to meet the expected date to be finished. Jeremy is honest and friendly and easy to work with. It’s very rare to find a contractor that does great work and that’s very responsive. Building roots is the right choice for both. Great communication and great quality. I plan to hire them again for a bathroom remodel.
We contacted with the Building Roots Construction team to complete renovations to our basement, including adding an office/bedroom in our basement. Jeremy responded the same day, met us to walk through the house within a few days and we had a very thorough (and reasonable) estimate very shortly after that. Work started immediately after we approved the bid. Jeremy, Alex and Roberto were amazing to work with!! Demo was completed and walls were up ahead of schedule. The worksite was kept very tidy. The quality of work is exceptional! Jeremy and Alex kept us updated on a daily basis so that we knew what to expect. They were flexible when we made additional requests/changes and even fixed issues left by another contractor. The team are also very knowledgeable and made great recommendations for the overall design, layout and finishes. We would highly recommend this team!! We've already scheduled them for our kitchen renovation!

Jeremy is so efficient at looking for the details on a project. This is huge when you are working with a designer who has many specifics noted. I also loved his entire crew. Very polite and the craftsman work is amazing!!

They did a great job on our break room at work. It is much more open and inviting. They combined three rooms into one big break room.
I went through 6 different local contracters for estimates to find who would redo our 70s kitchen. From the get go, Jeremy was personable, straight forward, very communicative (from timing of things, change in plans, etc) it is very helpful when you hear from someone right away and updates on the project esp when I’m at work and not knowing what’s going on but Jeremy and Alex kept me up to date which I appreciated. Even with some hiccups on the road (like any other project) I felt like it was addressed it in prompt manner. Our new kitchen looks amazing and would consider future projects with Building Roots 😊

Hands down, the best contractor we have ever worked with. We remodeled our basement bedroom - turned a large bedroom that had an office off of it into two separate bedrooms with doors. They provided an onsite estimate without asking for $ or a contract. I was suprised to see how many contractors requested this. Jeremy was incredibly prompt and attentive to ever detail - send him a text and you will get an almost instant response. The value of this constant communication - before, during and after construction - cannot be undersold. You always knew exactly where the project stood. For the couple issues that did come up during the build (e.g. window was too small after it was installed), they handled quickly and kept the project on timeline and budget. We received four different estimates for this work - they were not the cheapest nor the most expensive. They finished the project UNDER the initial estimate. Their attention to detail and constant/fast communication provided the best value for the money. Would use these guys again in a second!
Jeremy and his team are incredible to work with. I first used Building Roots in 2021 to make updates to my bathroom and entry way- they completed the job quickly and did a great job. This year I needed to renovate my entire primary bath. From getting the quote to completion of the job, Jeremy and team were extremely prompt, thorough, and easy to work with. I had several questions and requests throughout which they handled perfectly to ensure the bathroom was done exactly as I needed. I could not be happier with how my bathroom turned out! 100% will use Building Roots for any future renovations needed and recommend them to all friends and family looking for excellent work!
