This past weekend, we laced up our shoes - well, most of us did - and showed up to cheer on one of our team members at her first 10K. Signs in hand, kids and all, we lined the course and made some noise. That's just who we are.
At Building Roots, we talk a lot about what "roots" actually means to us. It's not just a name. It's the idea that what we build - whether it's a home, a friendship, or a team - lasts. Days like this are proof of that.
The people we work with aren't just coworkers. They're family. When someone on our team sets a big goal and goes after it, we don't just send a text. We show up. That matters to us more than we can say.
We're proud of the work we do for our clients every day. But we're just as proud of the culture we've built inside our own walls. A team that celebrates each other is a team that takes care of you, too.
So here's to her - and to every big goal worth chasing. We're grateful for the roots we've grown together, and we don't take that lightly.
