Demo is done at Springs of Country Woods, and now the real work begins. Grading is underway to get the area properly leveled and ready for what's coming - a brand-new BBQ space and sports court that residents are going to love.
Here's the thing most people don't think about: what happens before the fun stuff matters just as much as the finished product. If the ground isn't graded right, nothing built on top of it will hold up the way it should. Drainage gets messy, surfaces crack, and the whole space becomes a headache down the road.
That's exactly why we don't rush this part. Getting the grade right means everything that follows - the court surface, the hardscape, the gathering area - goes in clean and stays that way. It's not glamorous work, but it's the kind of thing that separates a space that lasts from one that doesn't.
We take a lot of pride in the site prep phase. It's where good outdoor projects are actually built, long before anyone fires up a grill or picks up a racket. We're looking forward to showing the finished result once this one comes together.
